Wall sandwich panels PU by SDpanel were designed to fulfill several functions. The most important are: resistance to atmospheric factors, thermal insulation, aesthetics, durability, functionality and versatility.

The continuous core is an additional advantage, which improves aesthetic of the building.

• The cover width provided to our customers limits in 600-1000mm.
• There is several kinds of thickness .
• 40mm,45mm,50mm,60mm,75mm,80mm,100mm,120mm.150mm,available to our customers.
• We adopts polyurethane material in general,and we could adopt PIR to meet your requirement of high fire resistance.
• The standard SDpanel is 3m-12.5m in height,we also provide our customers with short or super normal panel up to 26m.
• The facing material could be color-coated sheeting,aluminum sheeting,and mineral steel sheeting,galvanized sheeting,stainless steel sheeting.
• The standard volume is 38-42kg/m2,rate of closed hole greater than 97%;Thermal conductivity less than 0.023w/mk; durothermic temperature within the scope of -185-+129°C.

• The cover width provided to our customers limits in 500-1000 mm.
• Thickness: 50 mm, 60 mm, 80 mm, 100 mm, 120 mm, 150 mm, 180 mm, 200 mm,available for our customers.
• SDpanel adopt sandwich panel with appropriative rock wool, the fire endurance scope within 30-270 minutes or more.
• The standard SDpanel is 3 m to 12.5 m in height; we also provide our customers with short or super normal panel. Considering the weight of mineral wool, we do not recommend too long.
• The facing material could be color-coated sheeting, aluminum sheeting, and embossed steel sheeting, galvanized sheeting, stainless steel sheeting.
• The standard volume is 120 kg/m’, water-intake rate is 5%; thermal conductivity less than 0.034 w/mk; durothermic temperature within the scope -240-+650 C
• The panel can prevent cold bridge effectively, and its heat retaining and energy-saving meet the requirement of low-carbon.
• SDpanel meet the requirement of permanent building with excellent mechanical stability.
• SDpanel do not contain formaldehyde and excitant particle.
