SDPANEL is Solideck’s brand for its sandwich-panel products. SDpanel PIR Roof Sandwich Panel is composed of a core layer of Polyisocyanurate (PIR) foam between two layers of pre-painted galvanized steel. The metal panel provides structural support, while the insulation gives thermal protection and airtightness. It is available in thicknesses of 40-150 mm and widths of 1000 mm, with a capacity of is 38-42kg/m’, rate of closed hole greater than 97%;thermal conductivity less than 0.023 w/mk ; durothermic temperature within the scope of-185-+120C.

Regarding the choice of core material, we adopts polyurethane material in general, and we could adopt PIR to meet your requirement of high fire resistance.
