Common clean room are mainly divided into handmade clean room panel and machine-made panels according to their production methods. We introduce the classification and characteristics of handmade clean room panel.

Classification of handmade clean room panel

According to the difference between the core material and the surface layer, the clean room panel is divided into the following seven types.

Rock wool sandwich panel

A. Composition: color steel plate + filled with rock wool + color steel plate, rock wool density≥ 80kg/m³

B. Technology: handmade craft, surrounded by aluminium alloy keel or galvanized steel belt to strengthen the keel frame, pointed and durable.

C. Characteristics: The product has smooth and flat surface, beautiful, adiabatic, heat preservation, anti-seismic, fireproof performance (≥90 minutes) in line with international standards. Construction and installation are convenient and quick.

Single (double) surface glass and magnesium rock wool sandwich panel

A. Composition: color steel plate + magnesium glass + rock wool + magnesium glass + color steel plate

B. Technique: Handmade craft, galvanized steel strip for sealing and reinforcing, moisture-proof glass-magnesium board for core layer, rock wool for inner layer, heating and other processes to manufacture.

C. Characteristics: the product has good sealing performance, fireproof performance (≥60 minutes), bending resistance, compression resistance, strong bearing capacity, can be loaded force 1000 N / m².

Single (double) sided stainless steel sandwich panel

A. Composition: stainless steel + core material + stainless steel

B. Craftsmanship: using high quality 304/316 stainless steel as the surface layer, rock wool, glass-magnesium rock wool, magnesium, aluminium silicate, polyurethane, aluminium (paper) honeycomb and other materials as the core layer, surrounded by aluminium alloy keel or galvanized steel with keel frame.

C. Characteristics: The product has anti-corrosion, acid and alkali resistance, high strength, sound insulation, heat insulation, fire performance (≥120 minutes), heat preservation, seismic, bending and compression resistance, and strong bearing capacity.

Gypsum rock wool sandwich panel

A. Composition: color steel plate + gypsum + rock wool + gypsum + color steel plate

B. Craftsmanship: the core material adopts gypsum + rock wool, surrounded by iron keel frame or aluminium alloy cold-drawn type female and male mouth frame. The density of rock wool is ≥120kg/m³ and the density of gypsum is ≥8.4kg/㎡.

C. Characteristics: The product has a flat and beautiful surface, sound insulation, heat insulation, heat preservation, earthquake resistance, fireproof performance (≥120 minutes), accurate geometry, easy installation, time and labour saving.

PU clean room panel

A. Composition: color steel plate + PU + color steel plate

B. Technology: Polyurethane core material is sandwiched inside, handmade, surrounded by aluminium alloy keel or galvanized steel strip keel frame. Suitable for low-temperature workshops, warehouses, etc.

C. Characteristics: small thermal conductivity, good thermal insulation performance, the best thermal insulation material, B1 level fire performance, non-toxic, tasteless, waterproof and moisture-proof, it is a combination of load-bearing, thermal insulation, fire prevention, waterproof in one, and no need for secondary decoration.

Paper honeycomb panel

A. Composition: color steel plate + flame retardant paper honeycomb core + color steel plate

B. Craftsmanship: Handmade craftsmanship, surrounded by aluminium alloy keel or iron keel frame, sharp and durable.

C. Characteristics: the product has smooth and flat surface, light weight, good straightness, beautiful appearance, fireproof performance (≥60 minutes), node science, easy to install; with high compressive strength, good tension, light weight, belongs to the green environmental protection building materials.

Aluminium honeycomb panel

A. Composition: color steel plate + aluminium honeycomb core + color steel plate

B. Technology: Aluminium honeycomb core material is sandwiched inside and manufactured by following strict processing technology, through pressurized heating, grooving and other processes.

C. Characteristics: light weight, good straightness, beautiful appearance, scientific nodes, fireproof performance (≥40 minutes), sound insulation, good heat insulation, used for functional partitions and ceiling in various places.
