Briefly introduce of PU wall sandwich

PU wall sandwich panels are widely used in industrial buildings, such as food factories and medical laboratories. It has good thermal insulation function and excellent air tightness, and its fire resistance level is above the B2 level. It is light in weight and high in strength, and is welcomed by the majority of industrial users.

SDpanel-Roof-PU is available in thicknesses of 50-150 mm and widths of 1000 mm, with a capacity of 38-42 Kg/m³ and lengths of 3-12.5 m in general. The facing material could be color-coated sheeting, aluminum sheeting, and embossed steel sheeting, galvanized sheeting, stainless steel sheeting.

This is a piece of PU wall sandwich panel, thickness of 50 mm, two sides are color steel plate, the middle of the PU core material, the density of the core material is 40Kg/m³. PU wall sandwich panel has two lap joints, respectively, hidden nail type and tongue type. Today’s product is the tongue type lap joint.
