Solideck to supply colored steel sheets for Russian projects

At the beginning of the new year, there is a lot of good news, Solideck has won new projects in different parts of the world, except for IEFCL project in Nigeria a week ago, and this week, Solideck has won the bidding for the supply of colored steel sheet for Harbin Refrigerator Factory project in Russia.

The Harbin Refrigerator Factory project consists of 20 units, for each of which Solideck was responsible for the design and supply of the colored steel sheets. The area of each single unit is about 350 square meters, and the commonly used SL35-750 metal Sliding panel with thickness of 1.2 mm and PVDF coating is used, and the thickness of the coating is 20µm inside and 20µm outside.i

As the project is located in the cold Russian territory, the choice of materials naturally had to take into account the effects of extreme weather. In order to ensure the integrity of the SL35-750 metal siding panel coating, during the production process, the colored steel sheets were wrapped with a protective film to avoid machine damage to the coating.

Due to the PVDF high-quality colored steel plate customization requirements are relatively high, only the production cycle of raw materials for 25 days, and the entire project metal siding panel delivery cycle for 30 days, so the production of nearly 7,000 square meters in 5 days is still relatively large pressure, Solideck in order to complete the customer’s mandate, the production schedule for the careful arrangement, to ensure the success of the project.
