Solideck undertook color steel sheets for IEFCL project  in Nigeria

Recently, Solideck undertook the color steel sheets for IEFCL project in Nigeria. IEFCL is short for INDORAMA ELEME FERTILIZER & CHEMICALS LIMITED, and this project is IEFCL’s 2300 MTPD AMMONIA AND 4,000 MTPD UREA project. MTPD UREA, designed by TOYO ENGINEERING.

The IEFCL PROJECT is a steel-framed plant for the production of fertilizers, with an area of approximately 2,000 m², an eave height of 6.4 m and a roof height of 10.18 m. The plant is located in the heart of the city, in the heart of the city, in the heart of the city. The project uses SL35-750 metal roofing panels, and SL35-750 as the siding panels, and the same type of FRP siding panels as SL35-750.

For this project, Solideck supplied 1200m² of metal roofing panels, 350m² of siding panels, and 230m² of FRP siding panels. In addition, according to the needs of the project, Solideck configured the relevant fasteners and form closure, flashing and other accessories. Solideck was responsible for the shop drawing of the color steel sheets for the whole project and optimized some of the structural parts to make it more convenient for the contractor during the construction, in addition, in order to ensure that the fasteners of the roof would not be corroded, it was equipped with a special roof cap for the fasteners.

During the project negotiation and design process, we had a good communication with the owner, constructor and designer. Through this project, Solideck’s products and services have been well received by the customer, and we believe that Solideck will have more opportunities to serve customers in the African market.
